This Terms of Use / End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Techs-a-lot! ("we," "us," "our"), the developer of Mahjongg (the "App"). It is not an agreement with, and is not provided by, Apple Inc. ("Apple"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store usage rules.
We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support. Contact us at [email protected] with any issues.
If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payment is processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, managed through your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple — see reportaproblem.apple.com.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are solely responsible for any warranty obligations, to the extent they cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate it at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
